It's personal preference. Try both, the better skate will be the one that feels beter under your feet.

some composites...such as integirty and omen..personally i have not ridden an omen but its a wood core with composite outing..the integrity is such an amazing board...lasts forever..re shapeable rails..perfect shape and perfect weight...i used to ride wood boards for about a year,i think i had 6 impulses or something...good board but dont last longer than a week..stick with composite

i'm a beginner and don't have that kind of money to spend on a board like to stay under 175

what's the difference in pop and responsiveness.

hey landon i just PMed you butif you dont get it i have a BRAND NEW oak 40" for sale for 165 plus shipping and they are the strongest wood boards being made right now 16 sheets and each one is individually sealed
