What type of fat sack would you recommend to get an 03 Direct Drive wakesetters,wake big enough to Surf behind? It's equipped with a manual wedge and mid ship ballast?

Two 750s in the rear and one 300-500 in the bow - should be OK - that is what I used on my Echelon and it is pretty similar to your boat - good luck
