What is your ballast set up? Any hints on how to get the bet wake out of this hull?

I have the 06'LSV so it is the bigger one but I am running 2x400lb bags in the rear. I have the 400lb locker bag. and I have 300lb of sacks hidden under the bow cushions. The wake is awesome. I am sure you could use a setup close to this and get a good wake also. I haven't ridden behind it yet, but I took it out last weekend and It looked as good or better than the big money boats I was watching drive by. Call onlyinboards if you want to upgrade your bags. They gave me a great deal on the upgraded 400lb v-drive bags.

i have the 2x 400 in the rear and the 1x400 in the locker (but I wont fill all the way, so much air is trapped and I think its to big for the area)

You have to pop the plug and get the air out. I put the extra 300lb in the front and it got on plain good. I also added another 100lb to the rear under the bags but I haven't tried it out yet.

I have weighted this hull with 550's in the rear, the stock ski locker bag full and then an exterior 400 on bag in the bow. With the wakeplate at half way and 4-5 people in the boat the wake was pretty nice.

Yes I had that problem. I drilled new holes and shortened the handle. You don't need that long of a handle to open the locker door.
