Hey scotter, that looks great. I'm fo sho gettin that done. Couple shops I went too said they could'nt do it cause I have 1 piece windsheild. Said they can't roll the tint w/o a crease. Does that sound right?

I am at 40% too.
That is what Ive heard too Shawn. My buddies with the 22SSV's are having the same problem with the one piece windshield. I have heard that there are guys out there that claim they can do it. But Ive yet to see it done.

They probably won't be able to get it in one piece, so you wouldn't have a continuous sheet. Would have to overlap/be cut somewhere. Also depends on the curves of the glass as to how well you can get it to lie down flat.

I've heard of some that need the windshield removed to have this done. Who of you have had to and have not and with what kind of boats?

Here are a couple boats that have been posted on here before:

There should be no problem as long as the film is a 60" roll and they remove the glass. There is quite a bit of waste. I know a lot of shops are cheap and try to save money where ever possible. We do them all the time and have no problems. If you mean by one piece, there is a walkthrough window. Like a malibu?

i got it priced they said it was about 250 is that what yall paid i think it would be cheaper if i just took them the glass

Pull the upper molding and dissasemble as much as possible without pulling the lower piece that attaches to the hull. should slide right out.
