My question is are you guys piggybacking the wiring or running a power and ground distribution block type setup? Also are you tieing into anther 12+ somewhere or running a dedicated line straight to the battery? Thanks in advance. And no I dont want to run reversible/Jabsco pumps cuz I know someone will chime in with that

I run all my aerators to the distribution block. They don't draw a lot of amps so if you have room add them there. So both the negative and positive home runs for each pump. The wiring also doesn't need to be thick. A guy on here used to make wiring harness kits.

My fuse block is directly connected to the battery. The switches have postive and negative ran straight to them from the block. I can try and dig up a wiring diagram.

So are the switches powered all the time then? I have the rocker style which is backlit and I was just curious because that would mean they would stay lit all the time

Only light up when switched on. Yes they are hot (or powered) all the time.
