WWA Villa Lagos will be closing out the NorCal grassroots wake season this coming weekend. Saturday will feature a four pass freeride tournament including sliders, and Sunday will be a two pass wake only event. Also on Sunday will be a wakeskate event sponsored by Maher Wake Design. Saturday night, we're planning a great party, starting with a free Mexican dinner for all competitors and their families. We'll Follow with some fun and games and '80's theme music and dancing with DJ by Joe. $1000 in prize money for the open division. Check out all of the details at www.wwavillalagos.com We'll see you at the pond!!!

Deffently rolling down, the 1st one was so much fun. Really like the 4 pass format on Saturday. If you missed the 1st one, try and make this one you won't regret it. Water conditions are ok at Villa Lagos

I am pissed i have to wait 4 more days for it.

This is probably the best 2 weeks ever. DRA and NorCal WWA back to back weekends!!!! Could it really get much better?

If you are on the edge of going or not you should go because you will be mad if you miss it.

I've never been to a local wake comp so i think i'm gonna check this one out seeing i live in Chico. To compete is it a yearly membership or a pay as you go? I'd love to enter the comp but hate to pay for a yearly when theres only one left :-( . Is there any way to ride after the comp?

The Payton's will be there. The night life is the best at Villa Lagos. The DMC's are my favorite.

Peter - Gary sd you have a DJ do you still need them? If so, do you want them on an I-pod or CDs - there's 150 songs?

Wow, listening to songs from Footloose is really aging me...
