I've ridden a Project 142 for the past 2 summers and am considering the purchase of a new board for next season. I have loved the feel of the Project, but now I am looking for something with more buck off the wake (ie. 3-stage rocker). Like the Project, I am looking for a quick board, that lands soft, and the tracks hard (especially for sticking landings). I was wondering what people's opinions were of the 2004 model Hyperlites and which of the Parks, Premier, or Byerly boards would suit my needs the best;
Thanks

I think the Parks would be good for you out of those three.

Except for the tfd's continuous rocker, its description sounds like the right idea (I haven't ridden one). However, which of the 3-stage boards do you believe rides the most similar to the tfd?

dunno about the tfd, but I like Premier's, I liked the way that the Parks board rides but not for pop I much rather prefer the Premier.

Well, the tfd is billed as the continous rocker version of the parks, so parks sounds about right.

I also changed from the Byerly to the TFD, best decision I made. This board is excellent in every sense of the word, good pop, nice landings super board very stable and forgiving. Like any board it takes a while to get used to but once you do it rocks!
