I have 4 liquid audio (sony) towner speakers and they are pritty good. No problems at all. I think they are great speakers for the price.

I bought the front and back cans w/ Rockford 6 1/2"s. Maybe I need to replace the speakers... I've got a sony amp 400 watt running them and when volume gets high they go completely fuzzy. like I'm listening to radio channel that isn't there. I bought the RFs b/c 10-15 years ago, if it wasn't rockford, it didn't count. I guess they've totally changed their marketing and quality approach - I saw their stuff in Best Buy the other day. That should say enough... Other than my experience w/ the RF speakers, the rest has been fine. the cans are solid and do the job. nice for the price.

Not sure if the other speakers are any better. What amp size are you guys pushing them with?
And what would you replace them with?

I had a set a couple of years ago and lost one towing. Crappy clamps at the time-kept loosening up. The bolt broke thru the housing. Other than that they were ok. Oliver, have any pics of the Rhino setup? sounds interesting.
