Upcoming Watson Shape

I have heard their is a new Watson shape in the making. Has anyone heard the same and if yes, when? I was thinking spring/ early summer. I'm currently on a 06 Watson and it needs replacing pretty bad. I dont know if I should hold off till it comes or maybe try a flex board. Has anyone moved from a Watson to a flex? What were your experiences?

Have heard that new watson should be around april may so in time for your next season

I was riding a Watson in 06 until I rode a Slingshot, and have been riding Slingshot ever since. You have to try it out for yourself to see if you like it. Personally, I will never go back to a non-flex board.

I talked to Watson a couple months ago, and he told me that there was a new shape, but it probably wouldn't be ready as an 09 board. I too rode his 07, and have recently been riding a slingshot. I like it a lot, but I am not sold on it yet.

I could off till April. I have wanting to demo a slingshot but there really isn't a good slingshot dealer around anymore. Hopefully a dealer will pick them up.
