Find out what motor is in it and contact the manufacturer for a user manual. I paid something like $20 to mercruiser for a manual for my black scorpion and it covers how to winterize with easy to follow step-by-step instructions. It even has pictures.
On mine, there are 8 blue drain plugs located on the block, manifold, water pumps, fuel cooler, etc. I unplug them all and a bunch of water drains out (this year I sucked it up with a wet/dry shop vac as it came out so I didn't get a bunch of water in the bilge). My instructions then call for introducing antifreeze into the system (and there are instructions for that). Also, disconnect battery and maintain it through the winter, change oil, add fuel stabilizer, etc.
