ya man, just cut outside your heelside wake far as you can, let your trailing hand off the handle and put your meanest face on(for looks and mentality), then grab the handle get on your edge and get low (if you want to generate some MASSIVE pop try to get so that your ass is nearly skipping on the water) and keep your back mostly straight (so you dont get thrown on your head or ass), then when you get to the transition of the wake, STAY ON YOUR EDGE and KICK against wake and try to keep your hips mostly in the same position(so you dont lose your pop by merely standing and losing the load in the line), try to crush the wake. youll probably get chucked pretty hard if you do it right it takes a lil practice, good luck. that is what works for me for knees bent style riding 3-stages.
