Hey guys! Back in the day rolls were no problem, huuuuge, high and into the flats if needed, even roll to reverts, easy. I recently tore my knee and am finally back on the water. I can still do the backroll but its sloppy. I lost something while i was off the water...is there anything from this video that you can see that will help me restore my former roll glory???

From what I can tell, you are throwing the roll while you are still on the face of the wake. Take the trick up and wait on the roll a little more. You'll know it when you feel it again.

Ya wait to pop off the wake a little later to throw it...after you do it once you'll just know when to throw it
