I just got 08 ronix ones and wish to insert the j bars for extra ankle support but have no idea how to get them all the way down there behind the liner
help??

you just gotta work them in there you can peel back the outside layer pretty far

yeah i got them in...i had to sacrifice my hands though...the velcro that sticks the liner to the outer layer scratched my hands pretty bad
do the j-bars help a lot?

the j-bars are not intended for more support. they are heel kidneys designed to fit the grooves of your ankle/achillies area for less heel lift.

If you dont think you have much heel lift then dont bother and avoid the hassle.
