Wakeskate Custom Graphics

I was wondering if anyone knows how the pros customize thier wakeskates and what they use?? In this picture

Brian Grubb has the edges of his wakeskate striped and he also cut out the middle of the foam grip and put in a redbull thing does anyone know how to do those striped or the redbull thing or what to use??
