Does anyone know how these boards ride?

I didn't know anything about them when I got one, but I love mine. The Stoke rides similar to the old (2003) Byerly boards (3 stage pop), but lands so much softer.

I ride the 140 sick Transit. I feel like the pop of the wake is similar to the Regular Watson board and the Byerly Monarch from 2008 or 2009 (haven't ridded any of the other Watson boards), but at the same time I feel that I can get more "snap" on my olie pops. I ride the with 0.7 fins on each side. (the old hyperlite 0.7 work perfect on the stoke or Sick Transit. Keep in mind that I ride for the their regional team as well.

Do any bindings work with wakeology boards?

Patch ~~ They are set up for the 8" bolt pattern so no not all will work without extenders. I ride the WO Matrix (must change to double lace pull) and 09 Shane bindings but have the 08 plate on my Shanes.
I ride the Stoke since I really like the aggressive 3 stage and having the spine down the middle to help release off the water. I do use a smaller middle fin in it since I really like the locked on rails feeling when I put the board on edge. Very predictable straight up pop and consistent either TS or HS. Depending on your riding style both boards ride totally different! If your looking to purchase one hit me up in a PM and I can work out some killer prices for you. I also ride on the Regional Team..

How easy is it to ride for the regional team? Not in reference to you guys but somebody I know who isn't very good at all IMO claims to ride for one of the regional teams.

Jonny ~~ Not sure what they really look for when they sign people up. I know we all just love to get out and support the product. You get into the other teams like Chrome and Plat and their pretty serious riders.
