pros/cons
just want some input from people that have used it. and yes, i have read plenty of reviews.

Isn't the G1 basicaally an A1 with SDI?

I haven't used one but I've seen some great video from them and I'll bet the uncompressed signal out of that SDI port on the G1 is fabulous!

Con, as usual is HDV although now that I have an HDV cam I'm finding it's not as bad as I thought if one uses a bit of creativity in post (and has the time to do that!)
