I know this topic has been brought up thousands of times, but it is my first attempt at cup holder rings for my Malibu....
Can I see peoples build pics, or diagrams they used or some ideas or suggestions of the best way to do it...

Thank you guys, your help and knowledge is always appreciated.

I used Ian's method to try it out only I used a router table and it works ok. I've heard from someone else that you can possibly get a local acrylic shop to make the rings in the .375 thickness for under $10 each. The .220 plexi/acrylic/whatever you personally call it is ok but I think I want it thicker.

That looks good! The problem I had with the thicker rings is that my back seat slides over the cup holders when I remove it. All personal preference I guess

Thanks Ian, couldn't have done it without your thread! I bought those same lights you did, only in white, and man are they bright! High quality stuff too!

Here are the jigs that I made for the router table and the drill press (not necessary). I cut the acrylic down to 4.5" squares first so I needed the jig for the drill press to make sure the holes were centered.
