Just throwing a post out here to see who was planning on attending Freeze For Life in a few weeks.

I have been talking with event organizer (Dalton Waldeck) [see original post below] and it sounds like he has a lot of cool things lined up.

It has been a long time since I have been to an event so I look forward to catching up with everyone.

So to start the roll call -

I will be there with my wife.

There is an event planned on December 6th in Lake Geneva, WI. The plan is to board on the cold water for charity. Erik Ruck will be attending. Check it out at www.freeze4life.com

I am going to try to make the drive from Indiana but we will have to see what the work plans are for that weekend. If we don't make it, best of luck to a great event!

Four days left.

I spoke with Dalton and he has gotten a ton of support from the local Lake Geneva community.

It sounds like he will be have an X-15 in the water pulling the event. I also know he has coffee and hot chocolate donated from Starbucks as well as some other food from local vendors.

A hot tub will be on hand as well as a heated tent for all on lookers to stay warm. In addition, music will be going all day so it should be a good gathering/party.

I look forward to catching up with everyone as this will be my first event in around six years.

turn out was huge. there must of been 200 people there and about 100 signed up to ride, i think they were able to get through about 60% of them. Some kool barefooting going on. there was wakeboarding, surfing, skiing, barfoot, tube, shi shoes, wake skates so a bit of everything!
