I'm pretty much sold on picking up one of these next week. I just am wondering what fin setup works on a smaller X2 wake. I run the Fly high, front and back, and a tube sac on the seat but its a steep short wave.

What do you want to get out of the board? I ride the board with no fins, but there are also a lot of people that like a single fin or 3 fins on it. It all depends on what you want to do.

I ride my board with two delta's side bites because I like the surf feeling it gives me. But I agree with Mitch it all depends on what you want to do.

Thanks guys. So I started surfing last season with a LF custom 4.10. Not everyone has been as careful as me with it and it has some damage. I wanted something a little tougher and that my wife could also get up on. The other was a little too loose for her. I was thinking by being able to add some fins some would gain stability and I could gain some drive for a little more aggressive turning( Don't know if thats the correct terminology here).

Rich, your right the two side bites will add stability for her. We know a lot of gals that love surfing the 4skim with the side bites.
