Binding Help!!!!

I just got some 04' hyperlite splits. They are a great binding but I have one problem with them. They rub the back of my ankle up to my calf raw. It is pretty bad, I even have some painful open wounds from them. It is getting to the point that they are unbearble to put on. I was just wondering if anyone could give me a few pointers on how to solve this problem. Thanks
