Neoprene / Heater tops for kids

I'm looking for suggestions for neoprene/heater tops for kids...mine are 5 and 7.

Lycra swim shirts are a dime a dozen, but I'm looking for something that will be comfortable, give them some warmth without putting them in a wetsuit.

Check out overstock.com. I know they had some jet pilot kid heater tops for a steal.
