LOL. Got to love it. Refinement has more to do with the price of gas right now than crude does.

My opinion is With a liberal congress it will be a while before more refineries are built.

My neighbor was just there last week. He works out there every so often. He said the UAE is absolutely unbelievable. All kinds of Cool stuff out there.
He was tlking about this Indoor Ski Lift and its nice to put a picture to it.
