Just got done with the first fitness and tramp training session at Liquid Playground in San Jose with Isaac Gredinberg and Jason Callen. Awesome session, I am going to be a little sore tomorrow for sure. Great turn out. Saw a bunch of familure faces.
Props to Isaac and Jason for putting this together it’s the perfect thing for getting the season started. And big Props to Liquid Playground for supplying the space to make it happen. Check them out if you’re in the area and if you’re in driving distance make a trip to them if you’re looking for gear they got some killer deals and an awesome product line.

Bring on the 2010 slashin sessions......

Hey Dizzy- Yes we do quite a bit of trampoline training however we dont offer a drop in program. It is set up so that the level of training and exercise increases throughout the entire program. In order to ensure that our athletes are getting the most out of it we only alot so many openings for each program. Keep an eye on the events section on wakeworld and also our facebook page for updates on future classes
