Where is garcia bend?

It's about 10 miles south of Sacramento, just north of Elk Grove. If you've driven on I-5 by there, you might have seen the big silver water tower with the flag on it. G-bend is right there.

Hope its not too late! I'm in EG and would love to ride tomorrow. I also can drive a boat..Let me know if you have room. I also know Jason, In fact it was about a month a go when we has to call an ambulance to Garcia Bend..you can ask Jason about that one....
