Not sure how many of you guys listen to Led Zeppelin behind the boat every week but a fellow wakeworld member was one of the lucky 6500 chosen out of 40+ million that registered for the ticket ballot lottery to go see Led Zeppelin perform at London O2 arena.

I'd really love to get a pull while in the UK but it will be far too cold end of November.

Jimmy Page, Robert Plant, John Paul Jones, and John Bonham's son, Jason Bonham on the drums.

Since John Bonham is no longer living this is as close to the original band as you can get. They have announced they will be doing a full length two set Zeppelin show, which hasn't been done by the band since 1979.

I can't wait!

Speaking of Floyd, I saw David Gilmour on his short solo tour in Chicago last year. Amazing show.

Also, Floyd in 94 on the Pulse tour when I was only 12 years old. Roger is key to the band though so maybe they will reunite one of these days.

That's kickass. I had tickets to see them in Buffalo around '76 or '77 and the show got cancelled when Robert Plants son Karac died suddenly. I'd give both my nuts to be there. I'm married so I don't really need them anymore.

I saw pink floyd minus roger waters and I have also seen Jimmy Page and Robert Plant play together without jp jones or jason bonham. Both were really cool shows. Floyd was by far the best concert I have ever seen. Page and Plant pretty much just stood on stage and played songs but it was great to see two legends like that.

My life goal is to see Pink Floyd. I don't think it's going to happen though.

Wow, that's going to be amazing!! I can still remember making my mom drive me to the Melody Theater to see the last showing of The Song Remains The Same.
