I currently have a 2000MB sport DD and the guy at Acme told me to go to a different prop for wakeboarding and surfing. As far as RPM's and top speed is there anything I need to be careful about. I know you can lose a lot of top end at speed. Does it mean that I will be going slower but the RPM's will be way higher? Any other things I should be aware of when doing this?

Thanks

You will lose some top end, but who cares? The point of re-propping is to gain the hole-shot power to get your heavily weighted boat out of the water and on plane faster, thus, saving gas and increasing water time.
