I've been riding behind a Setter LSV almost exclusively for the last 3 seasons. Last night I got to ride behind a Prostar 190 with about 2000 pounds pumped in, and I was IMPRESSED to say the least! The wake was big and rampy. I was lovin it. The owner of the LSV was in the boat too and he was shocked as well. The 190 can definitely put it up!

IMO, the 190 has a steep wake, not a rampy wake.
And, it has a great shape.
Just hard to weight the boat.

Wake shape changes depending on where you put most of the weight. You weren't there to ride it, so you wouldn't know. Weighting it down was easy.

It takes a long time to put 2000lbs of weight into any boat.

38k, give or take depending on the dealer & how much he wants to mark it up.

If you guys are looking to make a purchase, and are considering the 190, I've got a Malibu Response for sale that puts up an awesome wake with the wedge, 500lbs sacks on either side of the motor, 200lbs in the trunk, and 100lbs under the dash (1300lbs total).

Jeff,
I am interested in knowing more about your Malibu boat. Is it still for sale? Write back when you get a chance!
