SAN230 with FCT3

I must admit, the FCT3 tower has grown on me since its introduction last fall. The ease of folding it down was very cool however, does anyone know the height of a 230 on trailer with the tower folded down? I didn't have the tools to measure it but it seems like it is over 8 feet tall. If that is the case, that is a real bummer and I think they missed the mark on that one. I know alot of us have garages that are 8 feet tall (or shorter) and if it requires a 8.5 - 9 ft tall garage, that could be a deterant to me and many others. I don't have to put my boat in a garage as it lives on a lift in my slip most of the time, but I do like storing it there for the winter.

Anyone know for sure the height of a 230 with FCT3 folder down on a trailer?

the only tower on a 230 that will fit in an 8'-0" garage door opening is the Titan (FCT2). I know this because It was the only tower that I has a choice when ordering due to the fold down height.
