I won't be heading out for a couple more weeks. I still need to do some more mods to the balast system in my boat before the season kicks off.

Lake Lewisville in DFW area has been any where from mid 40's to low 50's. With a dry suit and the warm weather we have had it's been great!!!!

if your looking for a warm lake i'd try decker lake. i think it's like 45 minutes from austin. never been there but it's a power plant lake and by the plant the water gets up around 100 degrees in the summer. i think that'd be your best place to try out.

Lewisville: Water stained; 48-50 degrees; 4.72’ low

Didnt see decker but check out fairfield..72 degrees!!

Fairfield: Water clear; 55-72 degrees; 3.5’ low

Been out on Travis a couple of times, water temp running 57-60. Cold, cold, cold but you get to ride!

doug call them and they'll let you know. the temp fluctuates a lot because its so shallow. if it's warm for a couple days in a rown it'll warm up like 10 degrees and vice versa.

im up in illinois but i got a big family down in austin and visited TSR last time i was there. Do they allow jet skis on Travis?

im in DFW area right now at college, but spring break soon so I'll be heading back down to austin. Looking foward to boarding on Lake Travis, and maybe Austin (if I can get the guts to lol) and definetly going to the ski ranch I cant wait...Cold is not a factor!
