You'll probably find more input on this exact question in the "trick tips" section. Learning a three is essential. It's easier to do a frontside 3 (where you pass the handle from back hand to front hand, R->L if you're regular footed). Hopefully you can jump toeside as well as heelside, also. I'll explain a heelside Frontside 360. Basically you want to cut out about twenty feet and cruise in on a nice progressive edge that will just allow you to land on the downside of the opposite wake. It'd easiest if you cheat and keep your hands close to your belly with your elbows locked at your side. As you come through the wake extend upwards and begin pulling the handle through the small of your back, look over your lead shoulder and don't let go until you've grabbed it with the other hand. The rest is just landing and riding away.
