I shipped a pair of Hyperlite Pride bindings sold on ebay to someone who claims box arrived ripped with screws missing. They are "The Claw" screws. They were in a heavy duty ziploc.

One of you guys must have an extra set of these lying around. I'd be happy to send you a few bucks to get this guy on the water. Please email me if you can help. Home email is sk8mountain@yahoo.com

Jesse from Hyperlite warranty offered to send a new set of hardware to the guy. Darn cool move on their part!!!

That guy is great! Hyperlite has had given my family great customer service over the years. They keep treating us well and we keep giving them business. Take note other manufacturers, that's how it's done!
