I was looking at the substance 138, but I am not sure if I should get the 05 or the 06, any suggestions. I am clueless on what rope and handle I should get so can you help, thanks

as far as i know, the 05 and 06 substance are the same.

as for the rope and handle, as long as you get a no-stretch rope, you'll be fine. and for the handle, wait for proline's '06 suede handles. they're super comfy!

I bought an A-Line and I really like it. Mostly tangle free and No Stretch for sure. You can notice a big difference. As for handle, that's really personal preference. ride whatever is comfortable.
