so she's been riding 2 seasons now and is just barely clearing the wake. claims her current obrien vixen 132 feels like a dead log after experimenting with my 139 which i'm sure is too big. she's 5'6 and 120lbs. we're looking for some closeout business on the '08 stuff.
any thoughts on :ronix dahlia 134 or slingy black pearl 134?

look at the slingshot black pearl 134 or liquid force melissa. a continuous board will have less drag so it doesn't feel like a dead log, and the smooth consistent pop will help her wake to wake.

the melissa is a wider deck so she will get a nice bit of pop but the rocker keeps the pop really smooth.

Hyperlite 08 Blur with 08 syn bindings. My wife says it "feels light". Her favorite set up so far.

I just bought my girl the Ronix Dahlia 134 on ebay for 99.95 brand new and i got the matching ronix halo bindings for 149. I think i'm in it pretty good. I'm not sure how good a board it is but from my experience she seems to care more about the looks than the performance and this board has glitter in the clear coat so i'm sure she'll love it. lol

Not the same deal but still a good price.

I could hook you up with a Hyperlite Syn board (132) and binding (size small) set up if that would fit her IM me

my girlfriend had the same vixen but i swear her's was a 138 she learnt really well on it but then same thing tried someone else's board first one we got here was a lf witness 136 then when that was battered she got the wing limited edition 132 (same as the witness just a bit smaller with a grind base) anyway she loves her wing and the grind base is sick! she' about 5'7 and rides all the obstacles just learning raleys on the cable.

She should try the Slingshot 09 Pearl or the Drama. The Drama is the 3 stage board
