I'm working on a 2.0 project, getting approvals, business plan, funding etc and would say there's a 50/50 shot at getting this thing done. The park will be located on an existing pond which is privately owned, and operated for profit. Does anyone on here have experience with different agencies or regulations I should expect? Or if you have experience in building a park I'd love to hear it.

I haven't done it, but I want to. I've been scouring Google Maps for a suitable location near me. I'm particularly interested in bodies of water since it would be great not to have to dig the hole. I don't know where I'll get the money, but I'll worry about that later!

Thanks for the shout out Orion! Rob, we are not the first, best, or most experienced, but I put some basic information up on the page he posted. Hopefully that can get you going in the right direction!
