Anyone in Bismarck

I'm looking to get out and do some boarding but it's hard meeting people. I am living in Center right now and have my boat here ready to ride, your boat or mine. And I would love to check out the river in Bismarck but am unfamiliar with it and kind of scarred to take my boat out there with out knowing where to stay away from.
