I went up today for a meeting and it was killing me looking at the butter all day long. Then to top it off Lake Mendocino was butter too as I drove by on my way home.

Bill,
I'm not ready to bring my boat up and leave it just yet and it's to long of a drive for a day trip. The air temp was 29 when I got there at 9 am yesterday. There's also a 10 mile long dirt road that I'd have to drag my boat down and it's not in the best shape now due to the rain/snow.

Rich suited up and then dipped his big toe in the water and said that there was no way he was getting in.

Later some guy on the shore flagged us down looking for a pull and he trunked it !

At least you have open water. Our lakes are still iced over, but the levels are looking the best they have in years.
