ok so i ride the D2's and I like them because of their support, but Im thinking of switching. I want something with a thinner profile...not as bulky....but with alot of upper ankle support. I didnt really like the watsons, I thought they were kinda loose. Have never tried Ronix, with their lower cut deal, but are they as supportive as the D2's? BTW Im riding mainly cable, so ease of entry is a factor as well, the liners of the ss bindings are just starting to annoy me.

I would try the Hyperlite Mareks, Ronix Cells or the new 2011 Mareks with the system bindings for support and last for ease of in and out.

+1 for Ronix

Cells are just awesome! The best boot for a supportive needs (IMO).

Ronix boots aren't lower cut anymore so that any other range of bindings its the boot itself thats lower as it has no baseplate. The foot bed is directly on the board giving you so much more control and feel for your board.

Cells for sure man, you'll love them.

The only problem with Ronix bindings is that they scratch up your board because of the baseless bottom and the screw head that never screws in far enough. Nothing big just wanted to point out.

^^^ My 09 One's are on a 08 Hyperlite Murray and I have not noticed any of those issues.
