Furness problem is what they think started it but we dont know for sure yet the boat is alright but the dock is toast as well so this summer will most likely be all work and no play

Wow that sux but on the bright side the boat is okay and you have at least 4-5 months to rebuild. Hope you're ins. is up to date.

Damn, sorry bro. Now you can make all those improvements to the dock that you were thinking about.

Jay you know the price on those days for lodging?

We are still fine tuning the pricing, but it should be any where from about $70-$110/night, depending on what type of room you get. There might also be townhomes/cabins available for about $290-$325/night. They can hold up to 18 people, roughly. The base price includes up to 8 people (so it would be about $40/person), and then anything above that there is an additional charge. Like I said, I am still working on it with the resort owner, so hopefully it will get cheaper.

Should have it nailed down here in the next week or two.

Sorry for your loss man. I hope that was "just" your cabin and you didn't lose all of the memories in your primary residence. Cabins can be replaced. Either way - best of luck with the insurance companies.
