Well I tried a few bs 180s the other day and was over-rotating them something awful. I decided to go for the bs3 and feel like I'm close. I think I may be throwing it a little early and getting a little off axis, as evident by getting worked a few times and landing on my ribs.

Any tips on sticking this next time out?

keep passing to your other hand, it looks like once you get it to your right you stop rotating, make sure you finish the rotation. otherwise, you pretty much have it.

I agree with jarrod, you've got it. It may take a few attempts for the trick to slow down, but you've got it man.
