Finally took the first sets of the season up here in MI this past weekend- 42 degree air and 50 degree water - and got some footage to make a trailer for my final video at the end of the season. I didn't put too much riding in it because my bag of tricks isn't all that deep and I would spoil the final product.
Enjoy

Justin - it's "Lightning Blue Eyes" by The Secret Machines. Check out the songs "Alone, Jealous, and Stoned" and "First Wave Intact" as well. Neat band with a different sound.

Thanks for the compliments guys; boy did it feel good to get on the water again!

that was very sweet editing. What kind of a program do you need to do that? (add music, special effects) sweet vid man!

I used Adobe Premier. I used to use Windows Movie Maker, but recently updated to Premier and it is a very neat program. More features than I will ever learn how to use!

i gave it a 4/5stars

i think you should of had quick shots of wakeboarding just because the intro was kinda long and then you only had 2 jumps and you spraying water toe and heelside

but heck with that water temperature and everything i don't know how long you actually got to ride but i thought it was a good video :-)

if you don't mind me asking, what editing did you use? i got a mac so it may not be possible to use, and what camera? i loved that camera but i bet its waay to expensive for me

Brett, like I said above, I use Adobe Premier to edit. There's little riding because I really didn't get much legit riding in being the first set of the year (since September) and the temps only allowing me to be out there for 10 minutes max. And for the camera, surprisingly I shot everything with a cheapie digital still-shot camera from Costco. I don't really feel the need to dish out a ton of money on a nice camcorder when I get decent shots from that. The picture quality is also way better before you upload it to YouTube
