I want to try Wakeskating but I dont know what size board to start with.. any help out there?

As with a wakeboard, it depends partially on your weight. Wakeskates are shorter than wakeboards so I went with the biggest one I could find since I'm 190#.

i made my own and its a 42 and my dad brother and i should be able to ride it though i havent tried it yet
