I was at TSR riding yesterday and the laces on my Ronix Cell bindings ripped also the the front of the toe was coming unglued. I was really bummed because I knew I'd have to wait to send them in and get them sent back, but much to my surprise TSR gave me a brand new pair right then and there, no questions asked besides "do you want to mold them?" Paul O'brien told Jeremy (the boardshop manager at TSR) if the customers have any problems with the product take care of them and that's exactly what they did. I got the Cell's when they first came out and from what I heard there were some changes to the second batch to prevent the problems I had. All and all I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from both TSR and Ronix!
