HELP! New or used boat???

Ok looking for veteran input. I am new to boating world and looking to buy boat. I narrowed it to the Sanger V210 or V215, also having problems deciding new or used. I found a great new V215 for 36,000 or I could get a 210 for like 22,000. I really want to also get into surfing. Anyone out there surf behind a 210? I was also told to buy my second boat first. Any insight would be great. Just when I think maybe new, I see a 2002 V210 with everything, for 22k.

Because of the economy there are some slammin deals right now on used boats. As far as new boats, IMO they are still marked way up from the burst they had the last few years.

If I didn't already own a boat, I would buy a used boat for sure in this economy, maybe two. LOL! Seriously though there are some great deals on used boats right now...
