Needing a 2nd amp to power two-sets of these -http://www.gotriver.com/fusion_tower...s_5.25_6.5.htm - Fusion tower speakers. Says RMS is 200 for each set, but I am little skeptical about that. Should I get a 4 channel or a 2 channel amp and what type of wattage? - looking to spend between $200-$300 for the amp itself. Appreciate any input and advice!!! Pretty familiar with putting together car stereos but this is my first boat stereo project. Thanks again!

I have a set of double cans like these with polk speakers. Notice they only have one set of terminals....
Find out if the speakers are wired in parallel or series, and find out the ohm rating for each speaker.

I'm guessing they are 4 ohm, probably wired in parallel, so you will need a 2 channel amp that is 2 ohm stable, and output about 200 watts rms x 2 at 2 ohms.
I ordered a Rockford p500-2 that is rated at 250 x 2 at 2 ohms for mine.

Thanks Jordan, from doing a little research it looks like a 2-channel amp is the way to go.
