I can land tantrums pretty consistently and am going to start trying to add a blind 180.
has anyone got any advice?

That actually could be a really cool trick and maybe not that hard- just GET OVER YOUR TOES on the landing! I used to do a lot of tantrums- then broke my ankle- now they're gone.
I'd try landing them cuffed a couple time s first.

Practice landing blind in the flats first. I made the mistake of just trying it and POP there goes my left knee.

Focus on learning a BS 180 first. You don't have to do in the flats. If your sketched out on them, then slow the boat down, and learn to do them as an inside out. Once you get that down, then speed up. Just remember to think "regular wake jump". You don't need to rail into the wake to make the rotation, in fact if you go wake 2 wake, it will make landing the tanny 2 blind easier.
When you get the BS 180 down and move on, then do a nice and poppy tantrum, and give a good pull on the handle with you back hand to the back of your front hip. The actual rotation itself is pretty easy. Oh, and keep your eyes open too. Good luck.

make sure that you turn the blind 180 late. I use to turn early and would land them occasionally, but then I started turning late and am much more consistent.
