im having trouble everytime it comes up saying there was no file do you have any idea do i have need to have it under a different file or what so

click on upload then video and brouse....then double click on the file....then hit up load again.

ive been working on it its just a demo video but it always seems like its gonna work ivve tried it on about 3 different computers and it says it cant be displayed, thanks for the help so far
