Just wanted to give props to Tim from Wet Sounds on their customer service. MY Wet Sounds BlueTooth unit gave out on me and Tim sent a replacement so I was up and rocking the following weekend. You can't beat their products and customer support!!

That beats what I just went through with Exile. Basically brand new set of Exile Xm 9's installed. One speaker definitely had issues. Completely distorted. Turns out bad driver. Out speaker for almost 2 weeks. Had to foot the bill back to them then got zinged for 2 day air back to me. Extra 165.00 for a speaker that came with issues from them.


Straight crap if you ask me. First and last set of Exile gear for me
