Is It Me or Fuel TV??

I just switched over to DirecTV so that i could watch tons of wakeboarding?? The only wakeboarding I can find is the Malibu tour from 2007, and something on Liquid Force from 2007. WTF?

Am I missing something, or is wakeboarding just not that big on Fuel yet? Are there programs out there that might not be coming up on my search for "wakeboarding"?

this is the off season so they are showing a lot of snowboarding and not much wake..

However they showed much more wake a few years ago and not as much of late..

Just more dissrespect to our sport.

anyway im sure they will be more in the spring and summer .

Look for the show Pull on Fuel for some wake, but wake doesn't get much love on Fuel T.V.

Fuel has lost a lot of love for Wake. Two years ago there was something on every couple of days and a new show every other week. Now it is old reruns and some quick coverage of a pro tour stop here and there.

Maybe one or two episodes a week on Fuel tv.

Chad Sharpe's first hand should be coming up.

Rusty's was on last week.

Wake Steady was on Tuesday nights at 8 est over the summer.

you can also catch a bunch of old 2005ish Pull episodes and tw0 newer ones.

Also watch for Red Bull events and Byerly Toe Jams (wakeskating but sometimes some wakeboarding).

I hate the fact that with verizon the description is just the show general description and not the actual episode info so I never know what is what. Any one else have this problem? Also, can someone let me know when the rusty first hand is on again.

I have the DVR in full effect, but can only find those two programs. I'll look for the other shows tonight, and set it up.

they just had the 2008 awards for rider of the year, trick of the year where the 1260 was shown. That was just this week

I can't remember, but I watched it last night on my DVR. I'll look when I get home.

I'm sure it's hard to give equal air time to all sports, but wakeboarding doesn't see much on Fuel TV. All I really see on is too much snowboarding (boring) and surfing (even more boring), I really don't watch Fuel anymore.

The lack of wakeboarding is probably because someone else commented that all they see is "wakeboarding (boring and even more boring)". Can't please everyone.

For the record, Fuel has had much more wake related programming in the past year than they ever have. Not that I have any specific details, but if you read around enough on the InterWeb, you will see there is even more coming.

they had the wake games on fuel a few months ago it just aired again.

I think Tuesday nights are "snow pack" in the winter and "wake steady" in the summer. There is random wake stuff on every now and then though, I watched Rusty's first had the other night. Fuel TV is my favorite channel by far, I pretty much watch whatever is on there.

Red Bull Wake Lab, Red Bull night riders, Pull, Firsthand (Rusty,Danny,Watkins,Byler etc...), Daily Habit, Parks dub or nothing, Wake Games, Pro Tour, Worlds, Butter Effect, Truth. I am sure there is more I have seen.

What other channel is repping wakeboarding this much?

I am just thankful to have it and want to keep supporting them.

Set you DVR to record anything with the words. Redbull, Rockstar, Wakeboard, Wakeskate, Mastercraft, King of wake, Etc. you will get everything.

I use the DVR on the Fuel channel and I have tons of wakeboarding. Liquidforce Truth, wakes of horror, buttereffect, 10 different Pull episodes, Malibu tour, King of Wakes, and coming up in the next week is the Byerly Toe Jam.

Kick ass! I'm gonna be a DVR fool tonight.

Oh, and watch or DVR Stupid Face. I believe it's Thursday nights at 10. I think.

I always see wakeboarding listed on the channel guide but rarely see it actually on.

I'm with ya Mike I to feel the same way. Everytime I turn fuel on its 90% surfing and then Motocross, Skateboarding, Snowboarding and Wake makes up the rest of it. I watched Fuel all day one Sat. and there were two shows on other than surfing and it was the Malibu Challenge and Snowboard Diaries.

Chad's Firsthand comes on Sun Feb 15 and I'm thinking it comes on at 8.

The Daily Habit with Rusty is tonight or coming up soon. I recorded them all for the next few days.
Nothing for Wake Steady
First hand with Chad Sharpe is next weekend (I think the 14th)
Red Bull BlackOut starts airing today. This sounds pretty kickass. It's all shot at night.
Byerly Toe Jam starts today or tomorrow
Nothing for Pull, King of Wake, Rockstar, or Buttereffect
