Has anyone tried putting the bindings on a different board other than a Ronix? The screw that come with are really long -would a couple of those white cheap plastic spacers work, or should I try to hunt down new shorter screws...I know people have a lot of problems with the mounting plates snapping, and I think this may be one of the reasons.
Thanks for your feedback!

the spacers will be fine i believe as long as you put the spacers on top of the binding inbetween the screw head and the binding plate and not betweeen the binding plate and the board. i hope that make sense

Makes perfect sense man, thanks! That's exactly how I have it and I'm still worried its not enough...but I don't want to put too many spacers in.

I had the same problem with my Ones on the Ibex. The extra spacers worked fine.

Perfect...snapping those plates is a pain in the ass.
Dave, do you have problems with the screws loosening up on you?

yea, you have to keep your eye on them. Not as bad now compared to when they were new though.

No, its not such a bad problem that I have started squirting stuff on the board.

I usually check them before each session (2-3 runs) and they are good for the day.

That makes sense that the hyperlites have the same deep screw inset on their boards as the Ronix offers.

Richard -that's my exact problem...so what did you do to fix the problem?

Put Ronix on my Hyperlite with the screws it came with. Has been great all season.

Have Ronix Cells on my Gator. Had the Cells on the Ronix Covin b4 that and even then a Ronix on Ronix setup the bolts were a tad to long. Couldn't magine how a company has a setup that is marketed as a collection whos bolts don't fit out of the box. I Just went and bought some stainless washers. Also the case on my buddies LF Shane board with the One binding. IT's a common thing. Hyperlite's have one of the deeper screw channels. The stainless wahers give you more of a support on your plate as well then those plastic ones IMO. Also went as big as round as i could that would fill up the screw plate channels on the binding
