So I would like to get a new wakeboard. Any suggestions for an insane deal on a nice board.

Trying to stay as cheap as possible so I can try and convince the wife to get a boat.

I'm looking forward to what you all come up with.

In July I broke a Ronix One that was out of warranty, so I started looking for a board to get me by until next season when i could afford something new. I checked eBay and found a company called Orlando Action Sports that was selling 2009-10 JStar boards. I ended up purchasing a 140cm Jstar Republik for $100 even, shipped. Brand new in packaging, three stage rocker, very similar to the Hyperlite Premier but more loose. They also had it in a 135cm for $90ish shipped. I've been riding the board for about a month now and it took some getting used to, but I can still do 80% of all my tricks and the other 20% I just haven't been confident throwing this season due to lack of riding. I can't find the boards on ebay anymore, but try sending an inquiry to this email: lpwake(at)yahoo.com and ask if they have any more available. A brand new board of this caliber for $90-$100 is pretty insane to me.

I have a brand new, still in the wrapper 2010 Obrien Decade 144 for sale for $150. I also have a pair of 2011 Liquid Force Harley bindings size 10/11 for sale for $150. They have been used just a few times, but are in super excellent (yes I said super excellent, ha) condition. Email at jlfogelson@hotmail.com if you are interested in either or both of them.

The Trip is a great board, but those index bindings are terrible. I would suggest looking at the '09 LF Transit bindings on evo.com. They are super cheap and very good boots.

Be sure to look in the "Outlet" section of Evo.com for an earlier model of the Trip or any other board. Lots of the time only the graphics have changed and the boards can be had for great prices.

Any other places to get cheap wakeboards?? Im on a very tight budget to get a new board. I dont need one, but I want to get a more advanced board with more pop. I ride a cwb kink right now which is more of a beginner-intermediate board.

Yeah I was looking at that, is that a good board for an advanced rider. I want to be able to use this board once I get better and throw more advanced tricks.
